2. Ideas & Quotation
We’ll organise a phone call to run through your requirements and discuss some initial ideas.
We will advise you on your corporate gifting strategy and send you a quotation and the information you'll need to decide if we're a good fit.
3. Deposit & Questionnaire
If you think you’d like to work with us, we’ll send over a contract and ask you to pay our deposit. We'll also run through some more questions, which will help us present you with mood boards for the contents and packaging.
4. Mood boards
Based on the answers you provide in our gift design questionnaire, we will create a mood board of ideas and gift design concepts, for you to review and which we can fine tune till it’s perfect.
5. Order Finalisation
Once the mood boards have been finalised, we’’ll ask for payment of the balance on account, order all the items for your gifts and ensure they are beautifully presented and
We will deliver the boxes to your office, event venue or directly to the recipient, so you can sit back and not worry about a thing!

Absolutely – this can be done in a variety of colours, effects and finishes. Once we have a better understanding of your branding and your gifting strategy, we will be able to guide you on all the available options.
Many items in our supplier network are vegan, vegetarian and suitable for people with dietary intolerances. We are a culturally aware and sensitive company and can advise on suitable gifting options that accommodate the dietary and cultural restrictions and preferences of your recipients.
We can ship Internationally using your carrier of choice and help you choose gifts relevant
to the climate of the destination and any local food restrictions.
If there are any customs charges these will need to be covered by the recipient or you, the sender.
This is an extremely popular request. Once we dig into your company values and brand ethos, we will be able to come up with packaging options that are environmentally friendly, as well as gifts that are eco friendly or sourced from artisans that maximise the social impact of your gifting.
Absolutely! You can include your own products in the gift box. We can also arrange to pack your items in your box if you would prefer not to do it yourself. If any orders containing items provided by yourselves or a third party are lost and/or damaged we cannot be held responsible.
There is no minimum to the number of gift boxes you buy on behalf of your business from our standard gifting range.
For bespoke orders where customisations are required, such as printing your logo on the box, our minimum order quantity is 25 boxes.

Payment terms are typically a 50% deposit and the balance on finalising our order. Depending on the size of the order, complexity of the order and whether you are an existing customer with us, alternative payment terms may be considered on request,
