Pad Thai Sauce:
This tamarind based sauce is one of the few vegan Pad Thai sauces, and makes for a very pleasing sweet and sour taste with just a background hint of chilli.

Miso, Sesame & Yuzu Dressing
A Vegan friendly dressing with a nutty sesame flavour, citrus tang and hint of Wasabi, it will really liven up your food!

Ingredients: Water, naturally fermented Japanese SOY sauce (18%) (water, SOYA beans, WHEAT, salt, alcohol, vinegar), white wine vinegar, sugar, miso (7%) (water, soya beans, rice, salt, alcohol), TAHINI paste (SESAME) (5%), SESAME oil (3%), cornflour, ginger, colour (plain caramel), yuzu juice (1%), wasabi powder (horseradish, MUSTARD, wasabi (3%)), stabiliser (guar gum).
